Fintech & Payments
Financial products fail when users cannot understand what is happening to their money. My work in this space focuses on trust, clarity, transaction confidence, conversion, and operational handoff across crypto-to-fiat payments, marketplace finance, youth finance, and regulatory infrastructure.
I treat compliance and KYC not as friction to tolerate but as a trust-building moment. My onboarding designs consistently improve pass-through rates by reducing ambiguity and surfacing the right context at the right step.
Most of my fintech work involves multiple user types with different mental models — parents and children, investors and farmers, traders and ops teams. I design for the system, not just the primary persona.
Operational design, product and growth/marketing experience across Farmcrowdy, Mular, Earlybean, and crypto-monitoring infrastructure means that my choices and judgement encapsulates the entire context of the organisation.
I co-founded Mular, a crypto-to-fiat platform and Earlybean, a family banking app. I understand what it means to make product decisions under compliance pressure, limited runway, and real user churn risk. I do not design in isolation from the business.
